the outdoor swimming pool was stunning and the spa centre offered a variety of treatments including full body massages and beauty treatments. the service provided by the staff was exceptional and they went above and beyond to fulfill my every need. the location of the hotel in the district was also a plus, offering a beautiful and exclusive atmosphere.
While the restaurant had an extensive menu offering special diet menus, the quality of food was not up to par with the luxurious standards of the hotel.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! From check-in to check-out, I felt taken care of. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were top-notch. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. The hotel's location was a convenient starting point for exploring this city.

The hotel is located in a beautiful district with stunning views and a lovely pool. The staff were present and constantly cleaning, which was great to see. the hotel provided helpful information about local attractions and shops.
Breakfast seemed mediocre, with pre-cooked eggs and reheated food. the staff's English could have been better.

The level of service provided was exceptional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel's location in a stunning district added to the overall experience. The pool was a highlight, and the staff constantly kept the premises clean.

During Christmas, I had a wonderful time staying at this 5-star hotel. the pool was amazing, and the view of the nearby district was breathtaking. the hotel staff provided excellent service, and everyone was very accommodating. They were always available to assist with any needs or questions we had. the breakfast buffet was also fantastic, with a variety of options to choose from.
I did notice that some areas of the hotel seemed a bit dated and in need of maintenance. some of the staff members struggled with speaking English, which made communication a bit difficult at times.
